What travel documents are required?
One of the most important documents is a passport, which is valid for at least 6 months from the date of entry into India. Many countries have been included in the list of countries where citizens are granted an e-visa provided they apply 72 hours in advance. Other nationals must obtain an Indian visa first to enter India.
When is the best time for visiting India?
It depends on which part of India you want to visit. If you want to visit Ladakh or other parts of the Himalayas, summer is the best time. If you want to visit Rajasthan, other parts of North India or South India, winter (September to March) is the ideal time. Even traveling during the monsoon months (July to September) is not a bad idea to visit northern India and other places, this is a good travel opportunity during this time as one can stay in luxury hotels or palaces without spending a lot of money during these months.
Am I in need of medical or travel insurance?
Yes. It is recommended to purchase a comprehensive medical/travel insurance in advance from your country before travelling to India.

We offer all-inclusive packages. but upon request, we can also only provide special services. hotel reservation, car/car rental with driver, plane/train ticket, etc. for those who don't want to buy full service from us for any reason.

What about the method of payment?
We usually ask for an amount upfront after we can confirm the tour arrangement with you. The amount depends on the services you may need for the visit. This fee can be paid by bank transfer (prior to arrival), credit card, traveler's check or cash. We require payment of balance prior to arrival. Exact terms will be given at the time of booking.
What happens if I need to change the visit for whatever reason?
We will do our best to make the changes requested by you and will not charge you unless there is a penalty charged under the terms and conditions of the date of travel for making these changes.
Who will I meet when I reach India?
Here, our representative will pick you up at the airport upon your arrival. He will keep a sign board of your name for identification. We will also provide you with a contact numbers before travel.
